Frequently Asked Questions

What do your memberships look like?

Our memberships are personalized to match each client's unique fitness goals and preferences. Unlike traditional gyms, we don't offer general gym memberships. Our space is exclusively reserved for our personal training clients to ensure a safe, focused, and personalized training environment. Membership options vary, including the frequency of sessions, duration of commitment, and additional services like nutritional guidance. We work with you to determine the best plan to meet your goals, considering factors such as fitness level, personal objectives, and schedule.

What are you located?

We are located at 4150 Tuller Road, Suite 204 in Dublin.

What are your hours?

Our facility is open and staffed during the following hours, providing a wide range of options to accommodate your schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7 am - 8 pm

  • Friday: 9 am - 7 pm

  • Saturday: 9 am - 12 pm

  • Sunday: 10 am - 2 pm

We strive to offer flexible scheduling options, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to ensure you can fit your training into your busy life.

Are training sessions one-on-one or group classes?

Our training sessions are designed as small group sessions, offering a balanced mix of personal attention and the motivational atmosphere of group fitness. These sessions are larger than one-on-one training but smaller than traditional group fitness classes, ensuring you receive individualized instruction and support while benefiting from the dynamics of training with others. This format allows for personalized adjustments, encouragement, and a community feel without the isolation of one-on-one sessions or the anonymity of larger classes.

What kind of training/exercise is it?

Our primary focus is on full body strength training. This method involves exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, providing a comprehensive workout that builds strength, enhances endurance, and improves overall fitness. Our programs are designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and are tailored to meet the individual goals of our clients, whether that's building muscle, losing weight, improving functional strength, or enhancing athletic performance.

I’m a total beginner in the gym and have little to no experience lifting weights….would this be a good fit for me?

Absolutely! Our programs are specifically designed to accommodate beginners with little to no experience in strength training. We believe that everyone starts their fitness journey from different levels, and our experienced trainers are skilled at guiding beginners through the basics of strength training, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and achieve your fitness goals at your own pace.

Do you provide nutritional guidance as well?

Yes, we offer nutritional guidance as an integral part of our fitness programs. While it's not mandatory to follow our nutritional advice to participate in our training sessions, we highly recommend it for those looking to maximize their results. Our nutritional guidance is tailored to support your training goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement. Our approach is flexible, realistic, and designed to fit into your lifestyle, providing you with the knowledge and tools to make healthier food choices.

I have an injury or health condition that makes me unable to do certain exercises. Are you able to provide modifications?

Certainly. Our trainers are experienced in working with clients who have various injuries or health conditions and require modified exercises. We prioritize your safety and comfort and will work closely with you to understand your specific needs. Based on this, we'll adapt exercises or recommend alternatives that accommodate your condition, ensuring you can participate in our training sessions effectively and without risk. We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive training environment for everyone, regardless of physical limitations.

What should I wear to my sessions? Should I bring anything?

We recommend athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion and breathability to keep you comfortable throughout your workout. Aside from a water bottle and a towel (if needed), you do not need to bring anything else with you. Our facility is fully equipped with all the necessary training equipment for a wide range of exercises.
